- Ticket ID: Required to authenticate your access to the App
- QR Code Connections: Data from attendee profile QR codes when scanned
We do not collect your phone contacts, audio recordings, or real-time location data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Authenticate your access using your ticket ID
- Enable networking through profile creation and QR code scanning
- Allow attendees and sponsors to follow up post-event for professional connections or collaboration
3. Profile Sharing and Networking
Your profile information is visible to others only when:
- You scan another attendee's QR code
- You allow others to scan your QR code
- You engage with sponsors at the event
By sharing your profile, you consent to potential post-event contact from other attendees or sponsors. We are not responsible for how others may use your shared information.
4. Data Security
We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information. However, no digital platform can guarantee 100% security.
5. Your Rights and Choices
You may:
- View, edit, or delete your profile at any time

6. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will promptly delete it.
